What we do

Exclusive Training: The Rite Service will provide a 1-day training dedicated to you and your team. These can be hosted in your place of business or a mutually agreed upon meeting space.

Topics we cover are:

  • The core of service

  • Resolving current service issues in your business

  • Building (or rebuilding) trust with your customers (conflict resolution)

  • How to achieve your service goals 

  • Is the status quo a no-go?

  • Sales 101

  • Team building

  • Action Plan

Inclusive Training: This 1-day training is hosted via Zoom. If you are a small business, have a small staff or are a new business who is creating a foundation for exceptional service, this training is for you! You will be joined by a variety of industry professionals. Currently, in-person group trainings are held in Colorado Springs.

In addition to our training topics, we cover:

  • Specific service needs for your business (per a pre-training consultation)

  • Goals for individuals as well as sharing company goals

New to the Workforce: Ever hear of the quandary, “you need experience to get a job…but you can’t get a job without experience?” Taking our service training course will give you experience equal to years in a typical retail or fast food employement and you won’t smell like french fries when you leave (unless you are eating french fries during the training). You will have the core foundation you need to work in any service industry and build your career in any business.

Treat others as you would like to be treated. It’s as simple as that! We stand by the dream of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. The content of character and nothing else is how we view others.

Authenticity

Taking care of people requires genuine care. As in any relationship, once trust is broken, it is painfully difficult to repair. We train how to be authentic with your customers and how to build that trust. Building relationships means no scripts.

The Rite Service trainings are energetic and encouraging. Our goal is to not only train people to serve business in the best way possible but our mission is to create service minded humans who will take the experience they learn and create a movement. Serving others will change the world!

What we do NOT do

Plain and simple…here are some things NOT to expect at our training:

  • Robotics and Automation

  • How to make a script sound sincere

  • Specific procedures from your business

  • Disciplinary Action (please do not consider sending an employee as “punishment” for a poor customer interaction)

  • We will not discuss treating anyone differently based on their race, religion, gender or social status. All people are valuable. It will never be in our practice to treat people differently or encourage employees to treat customers better or worse based on race, gender, etc.
